| Will using a remanufactured toner cartridge void the warranty I currently have on my machine?
No. Federal Law prohibits the Manufacturer from voiding your warranty simply because you chose to use a third party consumable for your printer or copier. Any one implying otherwise is violating the Massey-Ferguson Act copies of which we can FAX you if requested. If for any reason your machine is in any way damaged by the use of a Toner Technologies product, Toner Technologies will repair or replace your machine at our discretion.

Are these cartridges 'Drilled and Filled' or used repetitively as many are?
No. Each cartridge we receive is completely disassembled, any worn parts are replaced and the entire cartridge is then thoroughly cleaned. We use a 15 step process to remanufacture your toner cartridge, which comes with a seal just as a new cartridge would. We completely test the cartridge after remanufacture and seal in a propyline bag, just like a new cartridge.

Will I get more or less prints from a remanufactured cartridge?
If the cartridge is overfilled to give you more prints the vital components, although new, could be worn out before the toner is empty. So, with Toner Technologies' 11 years of experience, we remanufacture toner cartridges to match the original yields. This allows us to have the same quality throughout the life of the cartridge, as well as be equal, in real world terms, to the OEMs. We, just as Hewlett Packard and other manufacturers do, offer a higher yield of certain cartridges.

I don't have any empty cartridges except the one in my printer, can I still get a cartridge from you?
Toner Technologies stocks most cartridges, which you can purchase off shelf. If your empty becomes available we will credit your account. I encourage all customer and end users to keep a back-up cartridge available in case you do run out unexpectedly. It is easier to have one cartridge in the machine, and a full cartridge on hand. 95% of our customers have found this routine to be convenient. Be prepared!
